Meeting with Everesters
November 7, 2020आज अखिल महाराष्ट्र गिर्यारोहण महासंघाच्या वतीने अध्यक्ष उमेश झिरपे,भुषण हर्षे (एव्हरेस्ट शिखरवीर), आनंद माळी (एव्हरेस्ट शिखरवीर), विवेक शिवदे (कांचनजुंगा शिखरवीर) यांनी माझी भेट घेऊन पुणे जिल्ह्यातील गड कील्यांवर, कातळकड्यांवर गिर्यारोहण, ट्रेकिंग व इतर साहसी खेळांना परवानगी मिळवण्यासाठी विशेष प्रयत्न केल्या बद्दल माझे आभार मानले.
त्याचबरोबर महाराष्ट्र पर्यटन विभाग महामंडळाने (MTDC) काढलेल्या पर्यटनाच्या मसुद्याला महासंघाच्या वतीने सर्व गिर्यारोहकांचा आक्षेप असलेल्या, गिर्यारोहण आणि साहसी खेळ यांचे नियमन क्रिडा खात्यानेच करावे असे निवेदनही दिले.
Akhil Maharashtra Giryarohan Mahasangh President Umesh Zirpe ji, Everester Anand Mali, Everester Bhushan Harshe and Kanchenjunga Summiter Vivek Shivde met me at my office today and thanked me for my efforts in reopening of Forts, Mountains and Cliffs across Pune District.
They also presented me with a formal letter on behalf of all Adventure organizations highlighting the erroneous classification of Adventure sports as part of Tourism Department instead of the the Sports Department .
